Ride Ambassadors are fundraising leaders and/or champion recruiters. They help us introduce the event to their communities and create awareness of the fight against cancer. Ambassador status is automatic when required thresholds are met.

You have your own custom referral link in your Participant Centre to pass on for a 50% discount on registration. In return, you’ll receive a $100 fundraising donation to your account. That’s 50% off for them and $100 for you!

After registering for The Ride, click LOG IN on the upper right corner of the screen and type in your username and password you created upon registering.


Once logged in, your custom referral link will appear at the top of the screen. Send this link to your friends, family and coworkers for 50% off their registration!*


Once they register for The Ride using your custom referral link, you will receive a $100 fundraising donation to your Ride account for every registration.*

OFFICIAL RULES: *Please note that any person whom you’d like to refer must use the specific referral link to register for The Ride. Your $100 fundraising incentive will be deposited into your account within 10 days of your referral registration. The maximum number of referrals for each participant is capped at 5. Additional terms and conditions apply.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws. Any distribution of a referral link, including by email or social media, must be done in a personal manner. Bulk email distribution and any use of automated devices or third party services is prohibited. Program links should only be sent to your own friends, family members, and direct acquaintances. Participants may not purchase Internet search terms or publicly advertise The Ride to Conquer Cancer in any fashion. Further, any distribution of a referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam,” any content which impersonates or implies an affiliation with or endorsement by The Ride or any The Ride subsidiary, or any actions which otherwise violate any conditions imposed by The Ride, are prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination.


The Polka Dot Jersey is one of our highest honours. A symbol of extraordinary success achieved by determination and perseverance, this special jersey is awarded to the first 10 Riders who reach $15,000 in their fundraising accounts.

Kick your fundraising into high gear, reach new heights and receive our Polka Dot Jersey! Proudly wear it as you raise awareness in the quest to conquer cancer.

*Note: All jerseys will be ordered once the 10th Rider has reached the $15,000 benchmark.


High Rollers are teams who, when given a goal, will blow right past it. It’s not about the minimum with these guys. They are The Ride’s highest performing fundraisers.

It doesn’t matter how many Riders you have on your team. When you commit to raising $25,000 as a team, you’ll receive some incredible perks, including features on our website and Facebook page, a special badge on your team page and recognition at the Perkins and at The Ride.

Go one step further and commit to raising $50,000, and you’ll get all that and your very own personalised team slider image to go live on our homepage in recognition of your amazing work.

Go one step even further and raise $100,000 as a team, and you’ll get all of the above plus your very own 3×3 team tent at the Camp site that also includes team signage and light refreshments.
